This journal is private. Accounts are created by an administrator, so there is no sign-up form. Choose whichever way of signing in suits you.

Your password manager can fill this in, and pasting is allowed.

I cannot sign in — what should I do?

After ten failed attempts, password sign-in pauses for fifteen minutes to protect your account. An emailed code still works during that time.

Codes arrive within a minute or so. If one does not appear, check your spam or junk folder before asking for another — each new code replaces the last.

If your account was deactivated, ask your administrator to switch it back on. They can also set a new password for you.
